Hi, It seems that you have some information about the court case. Please share the same with us. eg. who is representing WMF in the case.
Looks like you have a bias about the news site already !! Very much contradictory to a normal Wiki editor !! If the court has accepted the case and asked for details from WMF about it, WMF should comply with it. I doubt that the court considers the applicant as a propaganda news site. If there was some malicious interest in the case, courts would have rejected it immediately. I believe the court knows about individuals' privacy and their fundamental rights and the constitution. We don't have to comment about it here. If WMF can comply with the orders in Germany, what is the problem in complying with courts in India? Probably there is a bias by WMF between western developed countries and India!! I suppose there was another case about the maps also. Not sure if that is still going on or closed by now. (And about the funding from India? Where does the money go and how?? Not sure about this...) This is yet another example when WMF (or the staff or the representative organisations) does not speak up !! Hoping to get some formal reply from WMF !!
