I like the Ubuntu approach. Values and perhaps a code of conduct at a later 
date if we feel it is needed.

Massimo did a good job of summarizing the Web2py values and the three 
examples Bruno gave are a great place to start.

I like the Ubuntu example because it is short, sweet and to the point and 
leaves no one out:

"The Ubuntu project welcomes and encourages participation by everyone. We 
are committed to being a community that everyone feels good about joining. 
Although we may not be able to satisfy everyone, we will always work to 
treat everyone well."
