LTS is a completely different ting. It means a lot of backporting of stuff that's fixed in later releases, and keeping it supported for 3 years. I don't think any framework does it. It's sufficient that we have a stable and unstable (or edge, or whatever) versions. The latter would be a _released_ version, but is not considered thoroughly tested.
