A human being reads every email that is sent to support.  You must
understand we have over 15 million active users of ZA and ZAP and it totally
impossible for us to give a customized response to every email. So we have
made pre-typed answers that we send to users after we have read your
questions. So rest assured a live person does read your questions and just
because the text you get looks canned or automated does not mean it will not
help you. Always read fully and apply our technotes before replying to see
if it helps. We are always updating and keeping our text as current as
possible so that it will be as accurate as possible.


Yes we know that VNC can be VERY slow with ZA. Its a known issue at this
time and not eta when it will be fixed.

Note that the Trial version is the same as the Full version once you enter
