Technically, from the below paragraph it sounds like it's legal if you have two XP licenses -- one for the computer running XP, one for the one displaying it. So, for example, viewing an XP desktop from another XP machine would be legal, but viewing an XP desktop from a Linux machine would not -- unless you bought a second XP license.
