run service helper - should be in the program group in the start menu, or
can be invoked from the command line via "winvnc -servicehelper"

I use Windows XP Professional.

If I run Install WinVNC Service, the VNC-icon does not appear in the
systemtray.

If i run WinVNC (app mode), the VNC-icon does appear in the systemtray.

What can I do?
