I have just scrolled through most of the command settings and I see
nowhere the answer phone opittion unless I'm just missing it.

This is a 16 pro running iOS 26.
Earphones can still answer by tapping the button too.
Certain earphones, I suspect by Apple, and maybe others you can
tell Siri to answer.
