I recently updated to iOS 13.3 on an 8 Plus, and I'm noticing a behavior
I can't fathom and don't like. Immediately upon iOS startup, the phone
is incredibly sluggish. I mean really low, like even slower than my 4s
was! But after about five minutes or so, that sluggishness goes away and
the phone operates at normal iOS 13.3 speed. Or should that be normal 8
Plus speed? Either way, the sluggish operation happens each and every
time I restart the phone. Has anyone else experienced this and solved
it? If so, how'd you do it?
