Dear Mark, I have downloaded and installed the i-cloud controller. I am not sure that icloud.com website works very well with speech as I am having a little difficulty entering the required code with JAWS. In any case, can you give me some idea how the controller is suppose to work? I'm just trying to retrieve my contacts, and that does not appear to be happening right now. Thanks.
