i have no access to ham-mails of users (technically and by law) since it's only a gateway handover non-rejected mail to the final hops
but i am pretty sure BAYES_00 messages with no URIBL/DNSBL hist are not spam in this setup without complaints
the mail because of which i stared the thread was a ham-sample from a sysadmin to train it as ham for the shared bayes because it did only hit BAYES_20 instead of BAYES_00
