SpamAssassin is a framework and requires quite a bit of expertise to
continually tune to the changing spam situations.
There is no patent solution unless you're willing to get your feet wet
with configuring SpamAssassin and join the chase on a daily basis.
or.... if your ISP can't provide this for you, consider taking your
business somewhere else.
