spf is just a way to test if a mail is sent from hotmail.com
mailserver not just sent direct from spammers mta direct without
sending from hotmail.com own mta servers, if not thay could very vell
abuse there tos
and its badly enough that hotmail.com accept forges in spf ranges :(
so outside mailserver like my server see them as pass
hotmail.com is here just a real life exsample on how bad non authed
mail can go even if it just in localhost (did you belive localhost
never send spam ?)
