Show where spam is not a problem? Spammers are immune to the law because they 
are largely untrackable. Who spent the spam? Some unwitting Windows loser with 
a zombied PC, in all likelihood. Until you start jailing people for running 
insecure windows machines, Spam will continue to be a problem with no 
legislative solution.

And whether the US or UK 'allow' spam in some circumstances is still completely 
irrelevant. *I* will reject it, regardless of it spammerscum.co.uk is 'allowed' 
to send it. The legality or illegality of the specific message is in no way 
relevant.
