Well, you have a very nice fsck-you attitude toward your own customers which I find appalling. If I am at a coffee shop, or at a friends house, and I can't sent mail out because my ISP only allows connections from their own IP pool then yeah, I will walk away from that ISP instantly. If there is so much collusion amongst ISPs in Australia that this is normal then you will all get your businesses pwned as soon as one of them (or more likely a new competitor) figures this out.

Yeah, that was the Attitude AT&T had over hear for about 5 years before they descended into the firy pits of bankruptcy and vanished (Even in Cingular brought the name back, the company that was AT&T vanished. And they were a couple of orders of magnitude larger than you.
