one thing for sure is that email need to be delivered via smtp at some
stage, so how would you make a script to change this ?

you belive that email sent from webmail is harder to spam scan then
submitted email from remote ?

but yes there is alot of sites that think lets disable scanning from our
internal network, we newer spam, but most of them forgets it could learn
ham in bayes :)
