active team resolving open issues and are very strict on that. Are you
sure you sended on any towards the SURBL whitelist?

I was referring to URIBL. I only remember sending a couple to SURBL,
and I believe they were all delisted.
Although, admittedly, for some reason I seem to prefer a web form (which
SURBL doesn't have) for filing FP reports over sending an email about
it. That probably stems from occasionally using systems that filter
outbound mail.
In any case, the most recent one I recall being complained to about is
legit mail from partypoker.com. Apparently that listing is causing
account statements and bonus awards or some such to be filtered.
