I think Dan and Lokesh have the other parts of your question answered,
but back to this... I don't know of anyone working on these. Most of
the people from Red Hat and in the Fedora Cloud SIG working on these
same problems are working on the Project Atomic approaches around
Kubernetes. If you know of anyone interested in working on these
things, though, I think there's plenty of room for it.
