https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/docker Looks like it's still in a testing 'requested' state for whatever reason. Perhaps rel-eng is holding off updates atm. If you want it right away, try this: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=677364 . You'll need the docker and docker-selinux packages at a minimum.
