It takes many days to get support for commercial products, even with a maintenance contract. Placing a Question in this Forum brings up helpfull info in less than 12 h. With Chrome/Firefox/Safari The only known issue for me is no audio input on Safari. You can playback videos in Safari fine. But microphone input on Safari seems broken. It doesn't attach it to the stream. Although the OS and permissions are fine. So if you are using Safari, you may want to try Chrome. I doubt I can do anything without being able to reproduce this :( As i do not earn enough money to buy a Mac Book (and if i would i’d not buy a Mac Book anyway 😉 ) i can not test this. same here :( Any help with this issue? How can i try to fix this problem? He tested with FaceTime and zoom and there’s video and audio in both of them.
