I'm using Mac. With Chrome/Firefox/Safari The only known issue for me is no audio input on Safari.
You can playback videos in Safari fine. But microphone input on Safari seems broken. It doesn't attach it to the stream. Although the OS and permissions are fine. So if you are using Safari, you may want to try Chrome.
