i contacted the customer and pleased him to test with a different browser. Currently i do not know which one he used. I doubt I can do anything without being able to reproduce this :( As i do not earn enough money to buy a Mac Book (and if i would i’d not buy a Mac Book anyway 😉 ) i can not test this. same here :( Any help with this issue? How can i try to fix this problem? He tested with FaceTime and zoom and there’s video and audio in both of them.
