The details are as follows: 1. Host Kernel : 2.4.20-6 [ default kernel with Red Hat 8.0]. My host kernel is not vanilla kernel and I have not applied SKAS patch to it as being novice, i wish to understand tt mode first. 2. UML Kernel : Guest kernel is 2.4.20 [vanilla kernel downloaded from kernel.org] and uml patch which I have used is uml-patch-2.4.20-4.bz2. 3.
