Did you both ensure that [code]magnolia.develop=true[/code] in your magnolia.properties file?
If you're not in develop mode, you get a warning when deploying: [code]fo.magnolia.classpathwatch.ClasspathScannerService: Not in dev mode, will not watch resource changes on the classpath.[/code] I.e. magnolia will not pick up any changes you make to your yaml-based configuration.
