Your suggestion was a phone line where people phone in rather than the
Ohio LoCo who are doing a call-back system. Technically different but of
course similar in many ways.

My concerns still apply in exactly the same way. Cost, time, no call
capture, inability to multi-task (I can watch CSI and answer support
email at the same time - that's hard on the phone) and so on.

If those issues can be ironed out - including those raised in the
previous thread then I'd be happy to help out.

Yeah, I registered with sipgate.co.uk for a local (inbound only free,
outbound cost) number. Maybe that could be used for people to call into
if that was the way round that you wanted to go. People could take it in
turns to logon to the sipgate account in ekiga to take the calls :)
