Personally, I'd be good with archiving everything not updated for Jaunty. I think RainCT's original proposal is a bit gentler and I'm OK with that.
I don't think freezing REVU is a good idea. It does get post-FF use. Perhaps at FF we could change the color of the U/I to red or some such and add a warning?
