@Saurabh, you should have grub-efi and not grub-pc installed if you are
booting in efi mode.  When you do boot, do you see the windows boot
loader first, and then have to choose grub, or does grub come up
straight away?  Can you run ls /boot/efi/EFI/Microsoft/Boot?

@Adam, there have been issues like this on every release.  The symbol
name is different but the cause is the same: grub was only half updated.
