OK strange:

I recompiled alsa, using the script provided here: 
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1681577
rebooted and changed the EAPD flag of node [0x1b] and TADA sound works.
This is really strange to me, I can not explain why it works now.

One thing left though: sound is coming over the internal speakers AND
the jack at the same time, it does not switch off internal speakers when
jack is used.

I'll try some things and let you know if things get better.
