What Sander Jonkers said, shows that maybe the bug is compiz related. If we can find more specific which effect is related with this bug, maybe we can help finding what causes the problem. I suggest deselecting everything in the CompizConfig Settings Manager and then enabling them one by one until you can reproduce the problem.
