It looks to me as though their "fix" is to make a note in the relase note and then completely ignore the bug. They don't even have the courage to actually admit here that that's what theyre doing. "Fix released" they say. The bureaucrats have well and truly taken over. With that kind of attitude floating around, it's no wonder that this release of Ubuntu is the most problematic I have seen for years. But then, maybe I only think it has problems because I didn't read the small print.
