If i type Fn + F6 again than lsusb shows me that the device is not present. 
Thats what i'm expecting if i type Fn+F6! But if i have my dvbt not inserted at 
startup and i type than Fn + F6 - i've the same bug reported here:hotplug will 
not disable (or enable) the webcam (and  the webcam is not working).  And if i 
type Fn + F6 again nothing happens, so i guess hotplug usb is in vacation... .
But in a serious way:

In my believe dmesg reports this important stuff for the developers
while i'm connecting both devices (see #110):

incorrectly supported. Enabling workaround.

I also think it has something to do with the uvcvideo and hotplug usb.

After Cheese is working the dvbt is working well but i have to connect in 
kaffeine the television again.This is what dmesg is saying :
