Thanks for your help but understand that I'm still new to Linux. I looked in my directory and tried running the path in terminal - came up empty on both. I have no 'pool' folder anywhere. I have no dkms file anywhere.
Where do I find this pool folder? I tried taking a screenshot of my main directory to show you but the save windows never shows up. Also note that I have no access to the 'root' folder. It says I can't access it. No option for a password, etc. Any way to get around this? I am at a loss as to how I'm supposed to find & install these drivers, even with your instructions. I need to know which tab to go to (or program), what to type, and what to look for. So far nothing is standing out as an obvious path to success.
