Device tree node for panel(Microtips-Model No: 13-101HIEBCAF0-S)
is created, which includes timing parameters of the panel,
data-mapping and ports which are read by the code to set
bus formats, clock required by the panel. Generic simple_panel
driver is being used.

Link dss and panel by setting the port name in remote-endpoint.

main_dss0_pins_default - setting for pinmux.
