This patch adds support for LVDS WXGA displays that use the SPWG encoding
standard instead of JEIDA.
No auto-detection is enabled and you must explicitly set the 'panel'
environment variable:
U-Boot > setenv panel LDB-WXGA-S
U-Boot > saveenv && reset
