Echoeing Andrew.

I can’t hide that for me this is a very strange situation and even stranger
that we have to ask the question.

Among various concerns and to be selfish a minute, are for my work-load
expectations, especially during IETF 119 (1).

I would like to understand:

  * What is the status vs Last Call? See the below screenshot from the data
tracker.
  * Are we going to have ECH on the agenda in Brisbane?
  * Are we expected to resolve PRs and issues/improve the text during
Brisbane? before? After?
  * Are we going to have updates on tests, deployments, lessons learnt, etc.
as several companies set expectations back perhaps in IETF 117 if my memory is
correct (I think Google, Meta, etc.)?
  * Are the bugs in certain control planes fixed?

Any further news on this? I thought the wglc was expected very shortly after
118 and suddenly we're pretty close to 119. GitHub has been pretty quiet too,
with no movement on the four open issues since mid-November? Is it just
general workload or is something else affecting progress?

Andrew

Hi! We are circling back with the authors and expect a revised draft soon-ish.
And yes, I am being vague about the actual time frame.
