... or use PostgreSQL -- it may be a bit slower than MySQL, but it is
DFSG-free and OSD-open. The lack of speed (compared with the above) may
come from it's features, e.g. it's able to do fully-serializable
concurrent transactions. And it's still by magnitudes faster than some
grep on a flat file. Trust me, I use it :-)
