Graham, I try to keep everything in one place so I don't double book stuff. But if I put an event in Outlook it will only show up on my phone and not my Google Calendar. I guess I could use my phone as the check point to be sure I don't double book. That is the issue. But you are at work and you need to schedule an event I just go to outlook and schedule it. It shows up immediately in my phone but not on my Google calendar.
Maybe I am making this too complicated.
