So you have a personal calendar at Google, and a work calendar in Outlook?
Do you want to keep them in sync, or just be able to see them both at the
same time? They should both just be able to be added to your iphone (use
the "Exchange Server" account type for your google account when adding,
you'll get contacts sync'd that way as well).

Is your work really okay with their events being put into a google's
database?

Or is there another layer of complexity?

Do you use the Google calendar because you can't get to the Outlook
calendar away from the office? Just not sure why you need to maintain two
calendars if they're going to be holding the same events...
