Matthew,
In a perfect world I would like to add the event on my outlook and it show
up on the phone and on my Google calendar and the same thing if I put the
event on my phone it goes to the other 2 and and the same with the Google
calendar.

My day is a jumble of what access I have. i would say 70% of my time I am
at my PC in $WORK and have Outlook running but the other 30% of the time I
could be anywhere using my Phone on the net. So I would like to be able to
enter the event on any of the three calendars and it will end up on all of
them.

I hope that explains it.
