Make sure you size the HVAC for the worst summer you remember in the area, and assume it will hit on Saturday afternoon in mid August. You might as well plan on the brownout happening then because everyone in town has their HVAC cranking, and the building HVAC will be off, so if you have a package unit, make sure it dumps the heat OUTSIDE, not just into the 'hall' in the middle of the building (I have seen more than one 'server closet' do that, and loose it to thermal shutdowns on Sat or Sunday afternoon).
And the brownout will also effect the HVAC and cause them to draw more amps, so you might go on generator when no one is around too. If so, you need to be paged or otherwise notified (I prefer automatically) when that happens. Hope this helps ... Jack 'the doom sayer' C.
