Denice,

The problem you are having there is that some of the fields you've used on your 
Nokia phone, are not recognised by OutLook, and as such, are not being synced. 
Thus they do not sync to your iPhone.

Sadly this is something I discovered quite a few years ago now.

The only thing you can do is to standardise the fields you use and that will 
fix the issue, do this on the Nokia, go through each contact, and only use 
things like, mobile and home etc.

Do not use the more explanatory, often useful, fields on the Nokia as these 
will not sync over.
