Just export all your contacts to V-cards. I'm sure most phones have that feature. Hi Denise, I have had the same problem. When I switched to the iPhone, I used outlook as an intermediry. The problem appears to be the details that outlook recognises. I had duplicate contacts since the transfer process created two contacts with 2 separate details. For example, I had custom labels assigned to phone numbers in my Nokia phone. They did not migrate. I am hoping for a better solution.
