My last comment will still be if the license on mobile number is there as an option, it will be great.
With this method, a Talks user will not be able to sell off his hp with a copy of running talks in it as of how many are doing it now even though it's considered as wrong. Users cannot be blamed in doing to cause we have to pay for a transfer on IMEI license. Well, you cannot say that the transfer fee is considered ok just cause Nuance don't charge on upgrades. If Nuance were to charge on both end, transfer and upgrades.......! well, I don't have to finish that sentence, weigh it yourself. Not trying to throw a spanner in the works here but since I aquired MS4 I've had 3 updates for free now. The license policy has saved me 3 transfer fees due to the phone number licensing policy. Each screen reader company has their own business model and I've also benefitted from Talks upgrades as I've purchased 11 transfers up until now.
