Sent them the info they required and to my horror even though I replied to the e-mail by clicking on reply, it was returned to me as a Mail Delivery Failure. Totally baffled. I then used the e-mail address on the site with the form but never heard anything since. That said I have not checked with my bank as I do not do on-line banking. See what happens in October statement.
