Hmmmm.
I had been wondering if any U.S.A. customers had received their refund yet,
but it doesn't sound like anyone has made progress on that front yet.
I did receive an email from them early on when I pointed out that U.S.A.
consumers should not be required to open new bank accounts because a bank
did not have a swift code.
The answer I got was something to the effect of, "We didn't think about
that."
So reassuring.
