Unaccountable I think Eli nor. I think these people don't want to know their, now former customers. Tam's just my thoughts on the matter, as they don't respond to emails, comments or even phone calls.

Sent them the info they required and to my horror even though I replied to the e-mail by clicking on reply, it was returned to me as a Mail Delivery Failure. Totally baffled. I then used the e-mail address on the site with the form but never heard anything since. That said I have not checked with my bank as I do not do on-line banking.
