Hi, they rejected my application saying my code is only used for demo
purposes. But i have been using it for 2 years and i wrote to the support
mail on the site and they returned to me

Well I was almost there like I reported on the list. Sent them the info
they required and to my horror even though I replied to the e-mail by
clicking on reply, it was returned to me as a Mail Delivery Failure.
Totally baffled. I then used the e-mail address on the site with the form
but never heard anything since. That said I have not checked with my bank
as I do not do on-line banking. See what happens in October statement.

Hi.
Just wondering, has anyone received there refund for wayfinder access?
I submitted my application on September 6th, and since then haven't heard
anything at all from them.
I sent them an e mail last week, asking about the status of my
application and when it would be processed and when I might expect to see
the refund in my account.
and you guest it I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply.
The status of my application hasn't changed.
So does anyone know how long they usually take to process the
application, and how else I might be able to force a response out of them
if they haven't processed it by lets say October.
