Around here we have many instances of self-service parcel-locker inside a shop that is inside a building. The shop does not occupy the entire building, the locker is only accessible during shop opening times.
There are also pick-up points in shops where a human being handles the operation (I know of a prinhong shop and a petrol station). So there is a case for distinguishing between self-service and human-handled pick-up points.
