A similar but not exact issue that I've run into is in Texas we have "Curbside" grocery store and take out. So some parking spots are reserved for venues to deliver goods to your car. The word "pickup" can be confused with that. We may want to think about either merging the two concepts/implementations of "I'm coming to get something I ordered", or differentiating them.
