if you only tag the building as hotel, you won’t see from the data whether the 
garden belongs to the hotel, nor the outdoor pool, the garden restaurant, the 
parking, etc.
How would you attach those features to the hotel then?
A hotel is more than the check-in and the room where you sleep. In case there 
are grounds it is useful for several reasons to have them associated. If you’re 
in a hotel garden, you’re still in the hotel (reverse geocoding), no?
