The idea of the "size <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:size>"
attribute was to provide the length*height*width of the advertising
device itself (without the support), while the "height" attribute of the
advertising device gave the total height ("height above ground") of the
advertising device ("Height" previously had this meaning).
Can we keep the "height
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:height>" meaning generally
speaking : "height" is "height of the feature", but have a specific
meaning of "height" for advertising device : "height above ground" (if
it is clear and well explained in this context) ? And in that case use
the "size" attribute to provide the form factor of the advertising device ?

the display surface of the advertising is supported by legs, then
we need to distinguish the height of the surface dedicated to the
advertising from the height of the device including the support.
Classic advertising billboard is 4m width * 3 m height, and is
supported on 3 m legs , therefore the total heigth is 6 m.
yes, we'll need a tag for height above ground. There is min_height,
but it seems to require a building for some strange reason, and more
strangely, to redefine "height":

it really is a pity, it is the analogous problem of building:levels
which according to the wiki are not indicating the number of building
levels but the number of building levels plus some imaginary, non
existent building levels. It's really crazy.
